First DSiWare Collection Coming To Stores In May
Some of their 200 DSiWare Point ($2) G.G. Series titles like Wonder Land and Dark Spirits are shooters. Others such as Black x Block and Energy Chain are puzzle games. You’ll get all of them (that’s 30 games) on a cartridge called G.G. Series Collection +. So far twenty or so G.G. Series games have been released or announced. Genterprise has to hustle if all of them are going to be online by May 27 when the compilation arrives in stores.
Unless Nintendo has something up their sleeves, G.G. Series Collection + will also be the first DSiWare collection. Maybe Skip and Q Games can follow up with an Art Style Collection for all of those Nintendo DS owners that don’t have a DSi

Datel Flashcarts
Recently I was informed that Datel has released a new version of their Action Replay Cheat Cartridge that allows you to cheat in DS games on a DSi console. Knowing that Nintendo put quite some effort in blocking any third party cartridges from working on the DSi I was curious to figure out how they did it.
Before jumping in this article, I’ll give you a small warning that what is written here might be quite “techy” to some people, I advise reading lots of GBAtek (And maybe a bit of dsibrew) when you get lost. ![]()
Research™ has shown that getting a DS cart to boot on a DSi requires quite a bit more effort then it did on a (DS)Lite. Cart timings are very important, you cannot eject the cartridge and insert a new one beyond the DSi menu. But most important of all, the DSi menu does additional integrity checking prior to booting the cartridge.

"DSi RAM Hax"
Here is the link to an interesting update by HackMii, some findings they made regarding the DSi's RAM. However, it's nothing extremely major, so don't get too exited.

Acekard 2i Firmware Released to Bypass Update 1.4
Two update files are included in the download. Use the DSi labeled update to update your card. However, if you have multiple Acekard 2i cards that you wish to update all in a row then run the DSL update from a DS Lite to be able to update multiple cards without powering off the system. If you only have one card just use the DSi update." - GBAtemp.net
The zip contains 2 files, one ends with DSi. You must copy this file onto your SD card and run it from your Acekard BEFORE updating to 1.4. It will prompt you and will install for about a minute. After that, your Acekard will appear to be called "Danny Phantom: Urban Jungle THQ" and will have a different picture. After this, you can safely update your DSi and still use your Acekard just like you used to on 1.3 :D
